How we build
Networks resend. Webhooks fire twice. We detect and refuse duplicates atomically, so the same request can never become two bookings.
Safety is enforcement in code, not a polite prompt. What the system is not allowed to say or do is checked outside the model, every time.
When someone asks what happened last night, there is an answer. Every conversation is traced end to end, with personal data scrubbed.
Models go down. Routing and fallback keep the product answering, so an outage upstream is not an outage for your customers.
